Administration fee

You will receive an e-mail from the DHBW with an account information in order to transfer the administration fee.

Pay the administration fee of

€102.70 summer semester 2024
€108.70 winter semester 2024/25

per semester, which includes campus insurance, access to sports facilities, cafeterias etc.

    

 

 

After arriving in Karlsruhe, you will get the enrollment certificate and your student identity card from the International Office at DHBW Karlsruhe (1st Floor, Room D 118.1). The enrollment certificate is needed for the registration office in Karlsruhe.

 

What you can do with your Student Identity Card

  • You can use it to use the printers and make copies  
  • You can use the library (both the library at DHBW and the KIT library in Karlsruhe)
  • You can charge the card at the dining halls, pay for the meals or coffee at the cafeteria and buy snacks and drinks from the vending machines  
  • Credential to purchase the KVV Studiticket
